Born in La Habana, Cuba, on January 29, 1952. Left Cuba on May 1960 for Buenos Aires Argentina. Graduated in 1975 from the "Universidad del Museo Social Argentino" School of Law, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Member of the Florida Bar since 1985, after obtaining a Juris Doctor degree and a Master in Comparative Law at the University of Miami School of Law. Legal Counsel to Teleinsa Investments -a producer and distributor of television programs- from 1979 to 1987.
President and owner of World-Wide Title, Inc., a Florida Corporation which is engaged in advising international entrepreneurs interested in exploring real estate investment and financing abroad in matters related to Registral (land title) and Notarial Law, and in pursuing, when advisable, title insurance underwritten by American companies.
President and owner of World-Wide Title Services. His familiarity with both civil and common law environments and with the land title registration laws (Derecho Registral) of different countries opened the door to his present association with the title insurance industry. For the past twenty years he has investigated titles to land in several countries, participating also in the structuring of complex real estate investments by foreign entities in those countries.
Co-Founder and director of the US/Cuba Legal Forum, a non profit entity which seeks to facilitate the interaction between American lawyers and their counter-parts in Cuba. The US/Cuba Legal Forum is a member of CINDER (Centro Internacional del Derecho Registral), the Madrid based organization which gathers most of the world's Land Registry Systems.
Invited as a permanent guest to the annual meetings of the Buenos Aires based Comite Latino-Americano de Consulta Registral, the regional equivalent of CINDER.
Advisor to the National Law Center for Inter-American Free Trade on matters related to Registral Law (Derecho Registral) and registry system reform needs in the region, in programs seeking to make real estate financing widely accessible.
Advisor to the Instituto Libertad y Democracia (ILD), in Lima, Perú on matters related to title assurance and strategic alliances.

Nacido en La Habana, Cuba, el 29 de Enero de 1952. Emigró a la Argentina en Junio de 1960. En 1975, recibío su título de abogado en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad del Museo Social Argentino. Reside en los Estados Unidos de América desde 1979, y es miembro del Colegio de Abogados del Estado de la Florida desde 1985, tras obtener su Juris Doctor Degree de la Universidad de Miami y una maestría en Derecho Comparado (MCL) en esa misma casa de estudios.
Entre 1979 y 1985 fué Director y Vice Presidente de Teleinsa Investment, una compañía productora y distribudora de programas de televisión para Latino America.
Su familiaridad con el Derecho Civil y con el Derecho Anglo-Sajón, asi como su conocimiento del Derecho Registral de diversos paises, facilitaron su vinculación con la industria del “title insurance” o seguro de titulación. Lleva cerca de 20 años dedicados a la investigación de títulos de propiedad inmueble en diversos paises.
Presidente y propietario de World-Wide Title, Inc., una compañía del Estado de la Florida dedicada a asesorar a inversionistas y desarolladores inmobiliarios en el mercado internacional, en materias relacionadas en el Derecho Registral y Notarial, y emitiendo, en algunos casos puntuales, pólizas de seguro de titulación respaldada por compañías de title insurance de los EE.UU.A.
Presidente y propietario de World-Wide Title Services, consultoría dedicada al desarrollo de programas de mejora y modernización de los sistemas registrales.
Invitado como participante permanente en las reuniones anuales del Comité Latinoamericano de Consulta Registral, equivalente regional del CINDER ó Centro Internacional del Derecho Registral.
Consultor del National Law Center for Inter-American Free Trade en materias relacionadas con el Derecho Registral y la reforma de sistemas registrales en nuestro hemisferio, con vistas a facilitar el acceso de las grandes mayorias a los beneficios del financiamiento.
Fundador, Director y Tesorero del US/Cuba Legal Forum, corporación sin fines de lucro que tiene como misión acortar las distancias entre los profesionales del derecho de Cuba y de los Estados Unidos, y propiciar un mejor y mayor conocimiento recíproco de los ordenamientos jurídícos de ambos paises. EL USCLF es miembro del CINDER, el Centro Internacional del Derecho Registral, que nuclea a los representantes de la mayoria de los sistemas registrales del mundo.
Miembro del Florida Bar Association, del American Bar Association, de la Asociación InterAmericana de Abogados y de Lambda Alpha International.
